Tigris is a singer-songwriter based in Chattanooga, TN. She playfully expresses herself in her music with the primary goal of making people smile or tap their feet to the rhythm. Even better if they get up to dance!

Tigris draws influence from folk artists like Gillian Welch and Jill Andrews, as well as county artists such as The Chicks, Hank Williams Jr., George Straight, and of course, Dolly Parton. She also draws inspiration from participation in Chattanooga’s robust bluegrass scene. The result are songs that are fast-paced, bluesy and bouncy, with a perfect amount of twang.

When she’s not playing music, Tigris loves to flyfish, hike, and spend time with her dog, Dolly, and her cat, Rodeo.
